4. Subscriptions & Billing

MyCalAgent offers subscription-based plans. Payments and refunds are handled through Apple App Store or Google Play billing policies.

5. Acceptable Use

No illegal or harmful content uploads
No misuse or reverse engineering of AI models
No attempts to breach system security
No use of the app for medical diagnosis

6. AI Accuracy Disclaimer

Nutrition estimates and wellness insights are generated by AI and may not be perfectly accurate. Results are approximations and should not be solely relied upon for health decisions.
